Hey @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum, how do I (a 15 year+ customer) pay you more a month to upgrade to the 1 Gig plan, provide my own 10+ Gpbs self activated modem, continue to be on paperless/auto-pay, and rarely ever call in, without paying the $200 gatcha activation fee? Help!
